Yes. Every new account comes with a 14-day free trial. Your memorial will be fully functional, with a small "trial" watermark on the page. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to remove it.

After your memorial page is live, you can order a physical QR code (vinyl sticker or metal plaque) from your dashboard. When someone scans it with any smartphone, they are instantly taken to your memorial page — no app required.

We offer two options: a weatherproof vinyl sticker ($15) suited for most outdoor surfaces, and an etched aluminium metal plaque ($45) for a permanent, engraved appearance.

The page will show a reactivation screen instead of your memorial. Visitors can donate toward reactivating the subscription, and the page restores automatically once the funding goal is met.

We offer three plans: Essential ($4/month — 1 memorial), Family ($9/month — up to 5 memorials), and Legacy ($19/month — unlimited memorials). All plans include analytics, privacy controls, and guestbook.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page at any time. Your memorials remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Click "Manage Billing" on the Billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription.

All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.

You control this. Public memorials are visible to anyone with the link. Password-protected memorials require visitors to enter a password. Family-only memorials are accessible only to logged-in co-editors.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Uploaded files are served through a secure PHP handler and are never directly accessible via the web.

Yes. From the memorial's Settings page, you can initiate an ownership transfer to any email address. The recipient receives an invitation link and becomes the new owner once they accept.

You can upload photos (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP — up to 10MB each), video (MP4, MOV — up to 500MB), and audio (MP3, WAV, M4A — up to 50MB). Essential plan supports photos only; Family and Legacy plans include video and audio.

Yes. The memorial owner can invite co-editors from the Settings page. Co-editors can be granted View or Edit permission.

The guestbook allows visitors to leave messages of remembrance. Entries are held for your review before appearing publicly. You can approve, hide, flag, or delete any entry from the Settings page.
